IFI is the single global federation of national associations for the Interior Architecture/ Design discipline/ profession. At the world level, IFI’s responsibilities include strengthening professional knowledge, quality of work and integrity of practice; promoting the value of quality design and advancing its positive impacts; and unifying the Interior Architecture/Design community in shared experience and understanding.

IFI Global Awards Program (IFI GAP) In conjunction with the IFI CONGRESS, the IFI Global Awards Program (IFI GAP) recognizes the profession's design luminaries and their exemplary leadership, as well as the best-of-the-best built design projects for Interior Architecture/Design internationally.
IFI Interiors Declaration Adoption (IFI IDA) The IFI Interiors Declaration (IFI ID) is a consensus-based vision / mission statement on the purpose and value of Interior Architecture / Design, which asserts that, by design, Interiors optimally support humanity in all of its functions and activities.
IFI Interior Architecture / Design Education Policy (IFI IA/DEP) Established to review the existing global Interior Architecture/Design Education standards, the IA/DEP will be launched at IFI CONGRESS 2019. Stay updated by checking in regularly on the IFI IA/DEP page.

IFI World Interiors Day (IFI WID) The month long celebration of Interiors, May is the month to celebrate the industry and community for Interior Architecture / Design. An annual event, every year the theme for IFI WID changes, creating unique and creative avenues to explore Interiors.
IFI CONGRESS is the biennially held event bringing together all IFI members, members of the Interiors community, and the general public. Join us this year in Dubai, UAE to celebrate the global Interiors community, and to examine the topic of DESIGN 2050.
IFI General Assembly (IFI GA) Held in concession with the IFI CONGRESS, the XXIXth (29th) IFI General Assembly is the highest governing authority for IFI, attended by IFI’s Executive Board, IFI Past Presidents, members and external stakeholders. Discussions at IFI GA include review of previous board term, plans and programs, and expectations for future initiatives and goals.
