IAED Celebrates 60th World Interiors Day!
İzmir University of Economics, Interior architecture and Environmental Design department organized IFI World Interiors Day hybrid event series to bring together design professionals, industry leaders, students and enthusiasts, along with institutions, governments and the general public to organize activities and events that bring community members together to explore, learn, discover and create.
The 4th of the series was ‘‘The Interview Series on Niche Studies of Professors in the Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Department’’. It will be an online YouTube program created to share and discuss various research and application areas emerging in the interior architecture profession in line with current trends with our colleagues and students. In this context, IAED Department is discussing specific issues with our graduates, students, colleagues and any interested individual since the broadcast will be open to the public. Izmir University of Economics Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design has turned not only to ongoing applications of design research but also to imaginary and future-oriented designs that can offer a better social and ecological environment for future generations. In this series, we discuss the present and future of the profession, and design education and closely follow the most current studies.
