Blueprint Africa was excited to share a free webinar with seasoned interior designer and educator Jack Travis, in partnership with the Interior Designers and Decorators of Ghana Association (IDDG) for IFI WID 2020. This event focused on how the theme ‘Nexus Interiors’ inevitably highlights the opportunity of connecting through culture. Travis spoke on an array of topics relating to interiors, and encourages the investigation into Black history and culture where appropriate for interiors work, including forms, motifs, materials, and colors that reflect heritage and individual cultures. Moderated by BPA Founder Nana Spio-Garbrah, the webinar also featured special guest and IFI President Titi Ogufere of Nigeria.
