Due to Covid-19, it has been further established how interior design and architecture shape human lives, and touch every single aspect of it.
The first event in celebration of IFI WID 2020 was a podcast seminar by Assoc. Professor Dr. Sezin Tanriöver (IFI Board Member), in the “StayHome” podcast series organized by EMU Faculty of Architecture. Tanriöver delivered a valuable, informative speech about IFI, with the intention to of this podcast to share information throughout the array of spaces people are inhabiting during this pandemic.
The second event was put on by the teaching staff of EMU’s Department of Interior Architecture, who currently find themselves continuing teaching efforts via the virtual landscape and classroom. Professors took selfies within their at home teaching spaces, highlighting the ‘nexus’ of spaces across physical locations.
