This annual educational and networking event from IFI coincides with the famous Salone Del Mobile in Milan, Italy each April. The exclusive event brings together international Interiors industry representatives for cross-border networking and knowledge sharing in the context of this world-famous design festival.
Hosted within the local design community, the reception continues to grow in popularity, and has expanded to incorporate guest speakers and panel discussions exploring the theme selected for World Interiors Day. IFI@Salone is an event that provides opportunities for inspiration, celebration and shared experience with peers from around the world, and positions IFI and its members at the heart of the global design and interiors industries.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, IFI@SALONE events were cancelled for 2021. We hope to resume activities in 2022.

IFI@Salone 2019
IFI’s second annual IFI@SALONE event took place on 13 April 2019. An international group of panelists offered in-depth discussion on the topic of “Designing Spaces, Changing Lives”, followed by a cocktail reception and opportunity to further network with the industry, colleagues and friends. The event also featured the official signing of IFI’s Media Partnership with celebrated design magazine l’Arca International. IFI@Salone 2018
In 2018, IFI successfully inaugurated IFI@SALONE, a new annual educational and networking program on the occasion of the Salone Del Mobile in Milan, Italy. Delivered in partnership, the event was held at the offices of the distinguished studio of innovative of architects and place-makers, Mr. Luca (1952-2015) and Ms. Cinzia Scacchetti, and brought together many of IFI’s friends and members from around the world.
